Alexandre de NAVAILLES
General Manager of KEDGE Business School
Alexandre de Navailles, 47 years old, has been the General Manager of KEDGE Business School since July 2020. He was previously President of the French subsidiary of Hertz, in charge of the development of the five Hertz brands in France. He coordinated the strategy definition and implementation of a five-year plan to regain market share and increase profitability while improving employee engagement and the customer experience.
Alexandre de Navailles started his career at the Swiss bank UBS and joined Hertz Europe in 1997 and Hertz France in 2000 as head of management control. He then held the positions of Pricing & Yield Director and Senior Finance Business Partner, before being appointed Managing Director and then President of the group's French subsidiary.
He holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences (Maitrise des Sciences de Gestion) from the University of Paris-Dauphine and is an ambassador for the Dauphine Foundation, which is dedicated to the advancement of higher education.
