In 2001, after working for several years at the Banque du Louvre, Christine Kolb co-founded Sycomore Asset Management with a view to combining financial returns and sustainable development. As an entrepreneurial asset management company specialised in listed companies, Sycomore AM aims to offer its clients high-performance investment solutions with a purpose, hence its mission: to bring a human dimension to investment.

Within Sycomore AM, together with the company’s teams, Christine has contributed to building a more sustainable and more inclusive economy, generating positive impacts for all its stakeholders. While Christine is more specifically in charge of Strategy and Business Development, she also chairs the Fondation Sycomore.

For almost 10 years, the Foundation has been helping young people - from their secondary school years to working life - discover the business world and develop their own career plans by building bridges between schools and companies. The Sycomore Foundation is driven by two key goals: to support charities aligned with the Foundation's mission and actively involve Sycomore employees in its initiatives.
