Guillaume is an entrepreneur, passionate about solving social problems. In 2008, he created the Alvarum platform and the Heroes' Race, a fundraising event that raises more than €2M per year. In 2016, he co-founded the social enterprise Alenvi, whose purpose is to humanize the accompaniment of those who need help or care, by valuing professionals and reconciling the human and economic issues of the care sector.

Alenvi is developing a home help service for the elderly, a training center for care professionals, focused on the human dimension of these professions, under the Compani brand, and a network of shared housing for elderly people with cognitive disorders, under the Biens Communs brand. Guillaume is also committed to promoting responsible entrepreneurship. He is the author of the books Unpacte (Et si les entrepreneurs avaient leur serment d'Hippocrate?), and with his partners of La société du lien (La révolution du comment).

Guillaume is a member of the board of the Community of Companies with a Mission, administrator of the Impact France Movement and of the Heart Leadership University
