Yann ARNAUD
Director of Member Needs Responses and Innovation at MACIF
Since January 2020, Yann Arnaud, 51, has been Macif's Director of Member Needs Responses and Innovation. In this role, he is responsible for innovation, product offerings, marketing, digital and data. Within the Aéma Group, he is also President of Macif Avantages and a member of the Board of Directors of Abeille Assurances.
Previously, Yann Arnaud held several positions in the Macif Group and worked for several years for the consulting firm Willis Towers Watson, as Director of non-life activities for France. Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Digital Commission of France Assureurs, which analyzes and makes recommendations on all digital topics for the entire insurance industry.
