A graduate of the ESSEC business school in Paris (‘Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales’, accredited AACSB), Marine Le Bourgeois has been Chief Transformation Officer of Lancôme International since November 2020.

She joined the L'Oréal Group in 2001, first in Travel Retail Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong, as Lancôme Product Manager. After 3 years, she returned to Paris to work on skincare product development. She then occupied several business positions in Russia, France, and the Middle East, all having a strong entrepreneurship dimension and including brand integrations and change management. From these various experiences abroad, Marine Le Bourgeois has kept a very open and diverse vision of the world, and developed a strong taste for photography, to seize the beauty of the countries she visited.

Also passionate about literature and hiking, she naturally places curiosity and open-mindedness at the heart of her vision of luxury. Since her appointment as Chief Transformation Officer, she had thereby at heart to help Lancôme operate a long-term transformation for a more sustainable vision of beauty, with strong key bets and commitments for future generations.
