Françoise Vernet worked for many companies over the years (Nature & Découvertes, Melvita, Terre Vivante, le magazine Kaizen, Institut Français d’EMDR, Actes Sud). In 2009, she created and managed Pierre Rabhi Fondation for agroecology.
She is currently President of Terre & Humanisme, NGO engaged in agroecology promotion. Member of Ecological Transition board at Fondation de France, she is a member of 1% for the planet France administration board. Involved in local transition where she lives, she created AMAP des deux villages as well as well as Rencontres Citoyennes, organizing meeting and conferences. Editor at Actes Sud publishing, she is in charge of Nature and Societe books promotion in France.
