After a first career as an executive of major international groups in France and the United States, Delphine decided to devote herself to what is for her essential: the commitment of individuals and companies, their alignment with their societal mission.
She first became an entrepreneur and launched a fair-trade drink based on baobab fruits. Today, Delphine accompanies executives, entrepreneurs and organizations on their raison d'être, their impact on the planet and the operational transformation of their business model. Passionate about transition, transformation and engagement, Delphine created and hosts the podcast, Tomorrow Never Waits (Demain N'attend Pas), which gives voice to inspiring women and men who are changing the world.
Delphine is also a board member and member of the mission committee of committed companies.
