Damien DEVILLE

Geographer and researcher at the CNRS

Damien Deville is a geographer and anthropologist of nature, teaching at the Catholic University of the West. He cultivates a way of thinking that seeks to dynamize individualism and anthropocentrism by rethinking the bond with the other.

Franco-Burkinabé, his experiences in West Africa enlighten his life in the West. In parallel with his research, he co-chairs the Archipel des alizées federation. He is the author of "Toutes les couleurs de la Terre", and "L'homme qui arrêta le désert" published by Tana and "Entendre la Terre" published by Le Pommier.
