
Clémence PAJOT
Executive Director of the FNCIDFF (Fédération Nationale des Centres d'Information sur les Droits des Femmes et des Familles)
Clémence Pajot joined the National Federation of Information Centers on Women's and Family Rights (FNCIDFF) in 2021 as executive director.
She leaves the Centre Hubertine Auclert after having contributed for more than 10 years to the development of a new culture of equality in Île-de-France and beyond. Her expertise and commitment have enabled her to build a unique network of feminist associations, local authorities and unions committed to Equality and against violence against women.
The FNCIDFF was created in 1972 by a government decision. Today it has 98 centers, 2300 offices; in 2021 it has accompanied 400,000 women.
