Axel REBAUDIERES

The Supervisory Board has appointed Axel Rebaudières as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Board, effective May 2021. He will be in charge of developing the market for mid-sized companies, managing human capital, protecting the firm and developing activities in Africa.
A graduate of EDHEC, Axel Rebaudières was previously in charge of Deal Advisory activities and a member of the Executive Committee. A specialist in due diligence, he has been advising family businesses, international groups and investment funds for more than 20 years on their acquisitions, disposals and operational transformations.
Axel Rebaudières has actively contributed to the firm's reputation for excellence among executives and key players in M&A.
